ACTUAL TERMS OF SERVICE

  • I reserve the right to refuse artwork due to racist, homophobic, sexist, etc. views.

  • I reserve the right to use any art done in advertisements, and to post to any of my art profiles I would like to.

  • Upfront Payment REQUIRED before any work is done.

  • The price may fluctuate depending on the complexity of the character.

  • Once I accept your commission, I will send you a Paypal invoice.

  • Characters must have a visual reference to draw from. It doesn't have to be a full ref, but it must have colors.

  • I will send you a sketch once it’s done to confirm, if you want any changes now is the time to ask.

  • If you would like to swap out the character in the piece it must be before I started work on it, and you can only change it once.

  • If you don’t reply within a week to confirm the sketch I will go ahead with the sketch and color it. Not replying to the sketch by a week means you forfeit any opportunity for changes, not even in the final.

  • Last minute changes or changes asked to be made after you already confirmed the sketch, will not be accepted.

  • Art is worked on all week, whenever I am able to. My work schedule is unpredictable, but I do what I can to keep it consistent.

  • BE PATIENT. I have a lot going on in my life and tend to work on art very sporadically. Give me two weeks to finish and I'm willing to offer a refund if I can't get it out in that time frame.

  • If you act poorly and cause stress repeatedly, I reserve the right to refund you and cancel the commission.
